Instructions to build OpenBSD for RISC-V?

Step one: write a bunch of code.

OpenBSD has not been ported to RISC-V yet, so you (or someone) would
have to do that work.

Porting OpenBSD to any new architecture would be welcome, but so far
nobody has done it.
